Forest Plus Terms of Service

1. Forest Plus is a subscription-based membership which gives you access to benefits including (i) bundled packages of extra minutes,(ii) free parking and (iii) discounted rides ("Offers"). Offers can be found in your in-app ("Application") Forest Plus section or Forest Plus email offer. Each Offer is subject to specific terms such as the benefit(s) conferred by the Forest Plus membership (e.g., the total number of included riding minutes and whether free parking fee is included). Details relating to your Forest Plus membership including (i) the Forest Plus membership fee, and (ii) when each subscription payment will be due can be found on your Application. When you buy a Forest Plus membership, you agree to the HumanForest Terms of Service [https://www.humanforest.co.uk/terms-of-service], as well as the specific terms of the Offer. Standard parking fees, ride fees, and/or per minute fees apply after all Forest Plus benefits have been used.

2. Supplemental Benefits and Promotions. From time to time, we may offer additional Forest Plus benefits or other promotional discounts. The specific terms applicable to such supplemental benefits and promotions will be stated in each separate Offer. HumanForest reserves the right to withdraw or to modify any additional benefits and/or promotions at any time without prior notice and with no liability.

3. Fee and Renewal. The fee to become a Forest Plus member is stated in your Application. You will be charged the fee for your first billing cycle on the date of purchase, which activates your Forest Plus membership for the term set forth in your Application. The fee will be taken from your preferred payment method indicated in your account. Unless you cancel, you agree to be charged the fee at the start of each billing cycle as stated in your Application and in line with your initial purchase date. Your Forest Plus membership will automatically renew at the beginning of each billing cycle, and the fee will automatically be charged to your preferred payment method indicated in your account. The available benefits and any applicable fees relating to each Offer will be set out in the Forest Plus section of your Application.

Cycle to Work members: If you are a Forest Plus member through the Cycle to Work salary sacrifice scheme. Membership fees and the duration of your membership will be as stipulated within the Hire Agreement and/or Salary Sacrifice Agreement between You and your employer and/or Cycle to Work scheme provider. Your Forest Plus membership will be for the full term set forth in your Hire Agreement under the Cycle to Work scheme. The available benefits and any applicable fees relating to each Offer will be set out in the Forest Plus section of your Application.

4. Cancellation. You may cancel your Forest Plus subscription within the Application at any time prior to your next scheduled payment/ billing cycle to avoid further charges. To do this, go to the Forest Plus section in the Application and cancel the subscription. If you cancel your Forest Plus membership, you will still have access to your Forest Plus Benefits until the end of the current billing cycle.

Cycle to Work members: You have the right to cancel your Cycle to Work scheme Hire Agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform your Cycle to Work scheme provider of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). Your Cycle to Work scheme provider will have provided you with details of the cancellation process which must be followed.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which your Forest Plus membership commences.If you cancel your Cycle to Work scheme Hire Agreement within the 14-day cooling off period, your Cycle to Work scheme provider or Employer will reimburse you all payments received from you.If you cancel your Cycle to Work Hire Agreement your access to Forest Plus membership and benefits will be terminated with immediate effect.

5. Transfer and Refunds: Forest Plus has no cash value and is non-transferable.  Forest Plus is not eligible for refunds or credit, whether used or not, unless set forth in these terms or as required by applicable laws. Forest Plus is valid only in the country where purchased and is valid only for the vehicle types specified in each Offer. Forest Plus may not be available in all regions or to all users. Forest Plus cannot be combined, stored, or transferred, and are not valid with Friends of the Forest Plans or with other promotion codes or discounts.

6. Termination: HumanForest may terminate your Forest Plus membership if we determine, in our discretion, your conduct violates the Forest Plus Terms, the general Terms of Service or any applicable law, involves fraud or misuse of the Forest Plus membership, or is harmful to our interests or to another user.

7. HumanForest may update these terms or change any aspect of Forest Plus membership. We will give you at least thirty (30) days' notice of changes to these terms via a notification on the Application. Your continued use of Forest Plus after we change these Forest Plus Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not wish to accept these changes, you can cancel your Forest Plus membership as described above. The latest terms governing your use of this site or our services will always be displayed here.

Cycle to Work members: HumanForest will not update these terms or change any aspect of Forest Plus membership when acquired through the Cycle to Work scheme for the full 12-month duration of the membership. Any changes made to the Forest Plus membership when acquired through the Cycle to Work scheme will be applied to the following 12-month duration. Your continued use of the Cycle to Work scheme after changes to the terms have been made constitutes acceptance of the changes.

8. Right of Withdrawal. If you are located in the European Economic Area and/or UK, you have the right by law to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase of the Forest Plus subscription without providing any reason. Any Forest Plus subscription can only be cancelled following the initial subscription and not upon each automatic renewal. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform HumanForest of your decision to cancel your order before the 14-day period has expired. You may contact HumanForest by submitting a request at https://help.humanforest.co.uk/en using the Help widget. We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your cancellation notice. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the transaction, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. If you used any part of your Forest Plus Benefits during the 14-day period, you may be required to pay an amount in proportion to the rides you took through to the date we received your cancellation notice.
