Week 3 Giveaway T&Cs - Forest x Intrepid

1. The Intrepid Travel and Forest Bike B Corp Month Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are Forest Bike riders and hold a Forest Bike account aged 18 and over.
2. The Giveaway begins on March 17th, 2025, at 00:00, and ends on March 23rd, 2025 at 23:59 (the "Entry Period")
3. Eligible participants are automatically entered into the Giveaway by riding a Forest eBike a minimum of 10 times during the Entry Period.
4. For a ride to contribute to a rider’s total number of rides taken during the Entry Period, each ride must be at least 1.5km in distance.
5. This Giveaway is open to regular Forest users only and doesn't apply to delivery riders.
6. Eligible participants must have a fully operational Forest Bikes account with a working payment method, have accepted Forest Bike’s Terms of Service, and have no prior history of misuse.
7. The prize is for one (1) person to win a spot on Intrepid’s Cambodia Express (TKSD).
8. The prize can be applied to new bookings made and deposited between 17th March - 30th April 2025, for trips departing between 01st April – 14th December 2025.
9. The Giveaway entry is open to entrants aged 18 years or older but exclude employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary company and Forest Bikes, their immediate families, anyone connected professionally with the prize draw, or any person where entering this Giveaway breaches any law or regulation of the jurisdiction in which they are resident. In entering the Giveaway, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize.
10. Only one entry per person will be available.
11. The winner of Week 3’s Giveaway will be drawn at random on 24th March 2025.
12. The winner will be notified via the email address they have provided us with. If contact with the winner is attempted unsuccessfully on three occasions, we reserve the right to select a replacement winner.
13. Not included in the Intrepid prize is flights, travel insurance, any additional meals or accommodation not included in the itinerary, spending money or any travel visas required.
14. Any unclaimed and/or unused portion of the Prize will be forfeited upon travel completion.
15. All travel is subject to the Intrepid Booking Conditions which can be found at Intrepid Travel’s Booking Conditions.
16. The Prize is strictly non-transferable to another person, trip or redeemable for cash.
17. The winner must book the Intrepid prize directly with the Promoter by calling 0808 274 5111 and quoting the winning promo code which will be sent to the winner.
18. The Prize is subject to availability at the time of booking. A minimum of 4 travellers must be confirmed on the Intrepid trip for the prize winner’s booking to be confirmed on their requested date.
19. Intrepid reserves the right to change the trip at our own discretion if necessary.
20. Forest Bike and Intrepid Travel reserve the right to disqualify any entrants whom we believe, in our sole discretion, have acted fraudulently, violated these terms and conditions, or engaged in any unsportsmanlike conduct.
21. Decisions regarding disqualification are final and not subject to appeal.
22. By participating in the Giveaway, winners consent to the use of their names and photographs for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
23. By participating in the Intrepid Travel and Forest Bike Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and the remaining clauses shall survive, remain in full force and effect.
